At Renaissance Well Care, we have a simple process to get you started on the path to excellent care:
Step One:
Your free consultation is scheduled for a face-to-face conversation with Joy Fischer. During your consultation, a customized care plan is prepared by working closely with the client and family members to determine the services and level of care needed. We will also decide on a date for services to begin.
Step Two:
A caregiver is selected, then we will coordinate a meet and greet with Joy, the caregiver, client and clients family. This will ensure we get off on the right foot from the very start.
Step Three:
To ensure our client is completely content with our service, we will mail our client satisfaction survey after your caregiving begins. If there are any concerns, we will schedule another meeting with Joy to make adjustments if needed and resolve those concerns.
Step Four:
On-going communication is established with our Family Communication Journal, which will remain at your home.
